The media could not be loaded. It's definitely worth £19.99! It's stitched really well, looks like a much more expensive item than it actually is & it feels sturdy when you use with. The zips open/close smoothly and they remain closed when you want them to. It's size is perfectly adequate for a day bag, allowing one to carry virtually all of the essentials needed to care for you child on the go. There's loads of storage places, including a chilled compartment for bottles. The manufacturer has attempted to maximise space and in my opinion they've done a good job. They've even added an elastic strip internally which I found useful and even though it's only tiny, the manufacturer has endeavoured to utilise every surface, I like this! 🎅 The shoulder straps are what you'd expect on bags of this nature; they're the standard rucksack design. There are some toggles on them which allow you to connect this baby change bag onto the handle of your pram. One external pocket has a zip on it which the manufacturer suggests you could use as a 'baby wipe' storage location, which I think is so cute. There's an outside handle at the top of the bag so you can pick it up one handed, great for those days when you need 4 arms! The fabric is water resistant and if you get spillages on it which you inevitably will, you can just wipe it down. I don't go in for all this gender neutral rubbish but as a bloke carrying this bag around I don't feel out of place and it certainly looks stylish. For a small bag it is quite roomy and really good as a second baby change bag; I mean, is it not better to have a 'bug-out' baby change bag that is regularly topped up with essential nappies, creams, poo bags and wet wipes! I completely agree with the manufacturers description so I won't bore you with repetition of their description. For this price you get a bargain, one that has made life easier for me on occasion and an easier life is a less stressed life!
